Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class. A signature may be required.

We always aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days.

Delivery charges:

• Free on all orders over £40.00
• All other orders are £3.50

Please include your details, order number and the reason for the return. Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage.

We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
