Ordering with Moon-Bay
Ordering online with Moon-bay is a nice easy way to shop for your beauty essentials…..and it’s safe too!
Here are the 5 steps to placing your order:
Step 1. Choose your product(s)
Select your product from the tabs, Search box or Moonbay Recommends favourites listing
Step 2. Ordering
When you find a product that want to buy, just update the Quantity if needed and click on the Buy button. This will add the item into your basket. The number of items and value is shown in your Basket summary on every page
Step 3. Your Basket
When you've found everything you need click on Basket button to view all your purchases. This will take you to the full Shopping Basket. You can make changes here, such as changing a quantity. Click Update Total button to update your order
When you’re happy with your order you can click the Proceed to Checkout button
Step 4. Review Order and Pay
If you are a returning customer, enter your email address and password to retrieve your details
If you're a new customer fill in your details on the New Customer Registration form. This has the benefit of allowing you to access your account details whenever you need to e.g. to review the status of your order
On the Review and Submit Order page, you may use your main address (your billing card address) as your delivery address or change them here. Enter your Coupon or Promotion code if you have one to receive your discount
Choose your payment method and enter your credit or debit card details
Step 5. Order Confirmation
Now all you need to do is click Confirm Order and you will be given a confirmation Order Number. Please keep this handy in case you need to contact us regarding your order. You will also be sent an email confirmation.
